Appearance: Luther is completely black, from nose to tail-tip. He is larger than the average timber wolf, standing at about 28 inches at the shoulder, about 7 feet from nose to tail tip, and weighs about 175 pounds. His eyes are the typical yellow color of the wolf species, though they tend to darken when he's angry and turn almost orange. His fur is slightly longer than average, though he keeps it well cleaned and it is typically shining and healthy, except for the small missing patches here and there where scars rid him of fur from past battles.

In a few words, Luther is mean, proud, and angry. He doesn't really care about anyone truly, though, he does care about power and respect. And when it comes to respect, he demands it. There is no maybes when it comes to decision-making, and he sticks to his word, which is when his stubborn side comes into play. He does not like being wrong, so when he feels like he's made a mistake, he tends to get angry or turn on anyone that disagrees with him. He's not a wolf to be trifled with, and he has no problem proving that from time to time.

Sometimes, he'll just attack a wolf to prove that he's in charge, even if they didn't do anything wrong. In his mind, life isn't fair, and he isn't about to make things easy on anyone. Why should he? The powerful male is mean and some would say heartless, but, he likes it that way. He doesn't get close to anyone, and though there are a select few wolves that he will trust, he has never - nor will likely ever - trust anyone fully. It's just not in his nature to really care much about anyone or anything other than violence and power.

From the beginning, there was something wrong with the little black pup, born to a pair of lone black wolves. His father was large for a timber wolf, and even his mother was slightly larger than average, leaving the five pups in the litter larger than most. Luther was the first born, and from the moment he began to crawl, he was attacking his siblings and establishing his place on top of his litter-mates. His sharp puppy-teeth often left his siblings crying and scrambling to the shelter of their mother, and though she cared for all of her pups equally, there was always a concern in her eyes when she looked at him. What was wrong with her pup? Why was he so mean?

Even as the pups grew into adults, Luther was just as mean, if not worse. He easily kept on top of the hierarchy of his siblings, and eventually, as his father aged, he took over their 'pack'. Though, this was after his mother had given birth to another litter, leaving him as alpha male over 8 wolves after his father passed. There was no remorse in Luther's eyes as he took his father's place from him, and the ordeal even drove his mother from the pack, leading to him taking his pack elsewhere to find a suitable female to continue his line. Of course, with the rest of his pack being family, he could not reproduce with any of the females, so he found an unrelated female wolf, eventually having a litter of his own.

The pups were strong and healthy, four of them, three males and a female. The pack nurtured the pups and cared for their mother, though Luther felt little for the female that had given him offspring. In fact, he was rarely seen with her at all. Except for the next season. Then yet another litter of pups arrived. The pack continued on until the dark male reached the age of 4 and a handful of the warriors in his pack turned on him. Though he was strong and experienced, even such a large male was no match for 3 healthy warriors. Scarred and bleeding, he was driven from his lands and left to die. He survived, though, and with healing wounds and an injured pride, he ventured onward to a valley in the mountains. That is when he found Incendio, with the four packs that resided there. The packs were strong, though, the pack in the forest, Krajina, was missing their alphess, Khalessi. The dark warrior saw the opportunity and took it, claiming the lands easily for his own, considering the pack was so small and there was little opposition. Now, he needed to get these pathetic little wolves into shape in order to make them worthy of being in a pack within his lands. Soon, though, Krajina was overrun by the Roztok and Zakruta packs. This was when Luther took over the Kachle pack, backing Alphess Molly onto the ice and into the freezing water before taking over her territory for himself.
