Hallie continued her pace, running away. She had to get away, but she wasn't sire exactly what it was she was running from. Her heart raced inside her body, beating against the bones. Hallie had always been a runner, but something was off this time. She couldn't quite figure out what it was. Did she love the pups she gave birth to? Or was it from idiot who put her in that position? She did not know, but she continued to run.

Soon she found herself deep within an area she had never seen before. A couple steps in and a strange odor attacked her face. Her nose took in the smells around, realizing she had already stepped into another packs' territory. She sniffed around, discovering it was not the pack she had left her pups. A sigh of relief escaped from her lips. She quickly took steps backwards, leaving the territory and it's border. She fought with herself on the issue. Should she try and join this pack? Or would there just be another male who would do the exact same thing to her? Finally she made up her mind. If another male tried anything with her, she would not allow it.

The small female lifted her head towards the sky and sang above all the tree tops. Her voice carried, alerting the others to her presence. She took her submissive stance, ears down, tail tucked and head low. She laid on the ground and waited for the Alpha to greet her.

She had spent most of her time caring for her young pups lately, but since Bleu had joined with her brother, Bandit, she had a babysitter and occasionally more time to herself. she had left the young pups with Bleu for theday, and now she headed out for a walk, enjoying the peace and quiet of time by herself. pday she headed out to the border, deciding that it had been far too long since she'd done her last patrol. She moved slowly, enjoying the quiet and peace, as well as her chance to think. However, just as she was nearing the border, a feminine howl rang through the air, signalling a newcomer at the borders. Her path changed only slightly as she headed in the direction of its source, and in no time at all the female's form came into view.

It was getting colder in Incendio, and in the mountainous region that the Kachle pack called home, bits and pieces of snow had already begun to fall. Late autumn was catching up on the pack faster than it did the others, but the white female's form was designed for the cold. Chocolate colored eyes blinked slowly as she made her way closer to the lone female, finally coming to a stop several feet from her. Coven, her mate and alpha male, would likely not approve of this, since he was quite protective and they still didn't know if there would be any retaliation for Blitzen's death, but she was tired of listening to her black mate. Instead, she offered the newcomer a warm smile, something she knew for sure was not the typical greeting wolves received at these borders when Coven patrolled. But she wasn't him, and she sat down slowly, still grateful to be free from the pups for a while.

"Hello, I am Molly, alpha female of the Kachle Pack." She said, dipping her head very lightly in greeting. However, only moments later it returned to its dominant and proud posture. This female had sumbitted even before her arrival, and there was no threat in her howl, so the white alphess remained calm, studying the newcomer silently as she waited for a name to be spoken as well as a purpose for her presence at their borders. This female was larger than herself, though she had to admit, it was nice to see another female face around her. So far, other than her single female pup, the pack consisted of only two females, herself and Bleu. It would be nice to see more femininity around the place. Hell, maybe it would even mellow out the over-protective, defensive males.

"Good day Alphess, I am Hallie," her voice was still so calm and tranquil. "I have come to your borders, searching for another pack and a new life." She studied the Alphess as she spoke. It was unique to find her greeter to be so kind. She had expected a large brute, rough and ragged to meet her. Her nose told her that would be the likely hood. But as her eyes stared upon the smaller fae, she smiled. Maybe things were going to be easier from now on for her. She sighed with relief, but stayed in her position. She would not accidentally threaten her role in the pack.

As she looked over the pure white wolf, she began to wonder what this fae was actually like. Was this a facade or the true Molly? She did have a beautiful name. But at the border, she could sense the anger and hatred within the territory. Was that really something she wanted a part of? Possibly, since Molly seemed to be so open and kind. Her golden hues were soft upon Hallie's body. "I would make a great addition to your pack with whatever position you place me. May I please join your ranks?"

The female that she had found at the borders was surprisingly calm, considering the overhanging feeling of hatred that was characteristic for the lands of Kachle. Though Molly's calm and welcoming behavior seemed to keep the lone wolf relaxed, at least for the time being, and she preferred to keep it that way. It was obvious that this wolf had not expected to meet a female at the border, and in any normal circumstance, it would have been Coven greeting her here, and not in the most pleasant way, either. He had never been one to be welcoming, more like aggressive and suspicious. She nodded as the female introduced herself, her head tilting slightly as she sought acceptance. "It is a pleasure to meet you, Hallie, but I must ask, what could you provide our pack, should your request be accepted?" She asked, letting her defenses slip up slightly. After all, she did have pups back at the camp to look out for. She couldn't let just anyone into their pack lands, let alone let them join the pack.

Hell, if she let Hallie in without asking her questions, she knew that Coven would no doubt harm the newcomer, and she herself would get a serious lecture, at the least. Her relationship with her mate had always been a dramatic one, and it definitely had its fair share of heartache. But the white female adored him, and she knew that deep down, he felt the same, though he had odd ways of showing it. But for now, she focused back on the female, maybe it was her motherly instincts that had been in overdrive lately, but she liked seeing a young, female face around. Yes, there was Bleu, but besides herself, the young apprentice was the only other female. It would be nice to have another female around. But she did have to be careful, since the pups back at the came had recently begun roaming about the camp, and she couldn't let anyone anywhere near the camp if there was even the slightest chance that they'd bring the pups to harm. So she was hesitant to accept this newcomer, but for now, she settled on asking questions and waiting for their answers.

Hallie looked upon the Alphess before her, as she thought of what she could do for the pack. She looked down to her paws, thinking harder. Her eyes then darted up to the fae with a smile. "I am a great hunter. I am a great fighter and will do what I can to protect the pack." She was certain with her abilities, but there was something she was hiding. She would never disclose the memories she hid deep within her mind. Her muscles tightened as she buried them deeper. She looked to the Alpha and laid her head upon her paws. It would take much longer than only a few months to forget about the past.

The white female watched the other wolf as she spoke, frowning slightly. An unoriginal answer if she had ever heard one, and the way she said it made her feel like there was more she wasn't saying. Her chocolate brown eyes narrowed slightly as she studied Hallie, and after a few moments, she exhaled slowly. "My mate, Coven, and I have recently had pups. Four of them. Our pack does not have specific positions and ranks at this time, though I do need to ask how you are with puppies. Currently my apprentice, Bleu, is watching them, though everyone in the pack must do so from time to time. I cannot leave them with someone that I do not trust." She said softly, finally having made up her mind, almost.

She needed an answer about the pups, first. Not to mention she had to observe the lone female's reaction to both of the pieces of information that she had given. She had told her that one, there was an alpha male, and two, they had young pups. How would she react? What would she say? She remained still and silent now, studying Hallie and listening for her answer. After this answer would come, she would make her final decision. There was something about this female, some sort of wounded look in her eye, and it made the alphess's heart melt slightly. But for now, she kept her distance and kept her mouth shut, waiting patiently for the newcomer to speak.

Pups. The word rang out through the fae's head, shaking within herself. Visions of the ones she birthed ran through her mind, bringing the pain she had tried to so hard to cover and forget. She winced, unknowingly. Her body was stiff, tightened by her muscles. Pups. The word was like a sharp bear claw through her hide. She thought of the monster that gave her the pups, forcing her against her will. She had not wanted pups, not like that. She stopped the growl from her throat as she thought of his face, his scent, and the reason she now hated the word "pups". But the Alpha would need her answer, and she was not one to show disrespect to another wolf, especially one of higher ranking. "Yes, should you add me to your pack... I will do my best to make sure your.... kin.... will be protected." She tried to say the word, but her body would not allow herself to say it. If she said the word, it would make her uneasy and force herself to remember what she had done to her own pups. "They will be safe with me, I assure you Alpha."

The female's reaction to her mention of the pups worried the alphess slightly, but she told herself not to make assumptions. The expression that crossed over the other wolf's face was not aggression or anything that threatened harm to her family, it seemed to be more of a painful, sorrow-filled reaction. There must have been something in this wolf's past that was bringing this on. Giving the newcomer the benefit of the doubt, but planning on keeping a close eye on her, the alphess finally nodded and pushed herself to her feet.

"Welcome to Kachle, Hallie. If you would like, I can take you back to the camp and help you find a den before I return to my pups, if you'd like." She said softly, tilting her head slightly as she waited for the reaction of the female. It would be nice to have her around, but based on her reaction to the mention of pups, the alphess planned to keep a close eye on her for a while, just to make sure that there were no issues with or from her in the future.

Hallie slowly stood to her feet, looking to the Alpha before her. She gracefully nodded her head. "Thank you, I mean your pups no harm, I assure you." This time as she spoke, she was clear in her words knowing exactly what she wanted to say. "I would really enjoy that!" She needed to get used to the new area, and what better way than to be escorted around the territory by the Alpha herself.
