The Points System - Summary

Incendio contains a points system that every member must understand in order to be successful and enjoy the role-play. Please ensure that you have read and understand the system and it's requirements, as well as what is and is not possible regarding how many points you have.

What Are Points?
Points are credits that are rewarded for different things throughout the site. These will appear beneath your avatar, as well as on your profile. The number of points you accumulate will effect different things that you are allowed or not allowed to do or have on the site.

How do I get points?
> The easiest way to earn points is to post. You will receive a certain number of points for each post you make on the site, and a bit more for creating topics. This number varies depending on the area in which you post. (For example, a post in a pack territory - by a pack member - will receive more points than a post by a lone wolf outside of pack territories)
> Another way to earn points is by winning a contest. These will occur in the contests forum, and the points amount for the reward will be posted in the rules of the contest.
> You may also earn points for advertising. These amounts and requirements are determined differently depending on the advertising, so inquire about these to Buck if you're interested.
> Points may also be awarded when a wolf is promoted to a higher ranking position in a pack.

What can I do with my points?
You may use your points for a number of things, which are listed below... Remember, your points are cumulative between all your accounts. When you purchase something, please pm either Buck or Zetos so they can take the points away from your respective accounts. Thank you.

> Adopting a character - 50 points (and acceptance of whoever put the character up for adoption)
> Have 3 Characters - 300 points
> Have 4 Characters - 400 points
> Have 5 Characters - 500 points
> Every Character After that - 600 points
> Becoming a Mentor - 400 points
> Conceiving offspring - 500 points
> Sight a Spirit - 800 points (with the exception of alphas)
> Speak to a Spirit - 850 points (with the exception of alphas)
> Have a Sub-Character - 1500 points (see the list of acceptable sub-character species [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
> Have 2 Sub-Characters - 2000 points (see the list of acceptable sub-character species [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
> Have 3 Sub-Characters - 2500 points (see the list of acceptable sub-character species [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.])
Code word 3 is umbrella (put this at the bottom of your character bio)

> Set-Up Graphic/Table Shop - 400 points (This is just to set it up)
> Keep-Up Graphic/Table Shop - 50 points monthly (This is just to set it up)
